    Picture came out dark

    Not happy with the product I received. Ordered two for my mom and mother in law as Christmas gifts. Photo I provided was not dark at all, and printed out dark on the ornament.

    I received my ornament yesterday and was extremely unhappy with it. The ornament picture was so dark and it was absolutely not centered the way I submitted. The top of the baby's head was cutoff!!

    Alabama ornament!
