Cute but didn’t work

I ordered two bears, and the voice recording function did not work with either. Only reason it gets two stars is because customer service did a great job making it right.

Batteries were dead

Bears batteries were dead. Wouldn’t record . Called hallmark. Was told to buy new batteries !! I asked if they would reimburse me for the batteries and the answer was no. Told me I could send them back .

Disappointed

I chose this item as an alternative to build a bear. I received it and attempted to record, but the recording feature did not work at all.

Recordable bear

The store I purchased from were very kind in trying to rectify the problem but I got 10 bears and at least 5 of them did not work. Seemed it was a battery problem. I exchanged several times as even the second batch was failing. Holding my breath that come Christmas they all work! Wonderful kind service from this store , love the place and people!!!
