    Super

    Love the colors, and that I can make it look like my grandson, I'm sure he will love it and it looks like easy reading for a 6 year old to read himself. A little pricey when you have to buy 7 of them but hoping they will all love it .

    GREAT GIFT!!!!

    I purchased this super hero book for my 3 year old nephew for Christmas this year. He's just beginning to read so I think he'll be excited to hear his name in the story. I was pleasantly surprised on how BIG the book actually was! Worth every penny! The pages were big and colorful. I serious must buy for any Super Hero fan!

    Excellent gift!

    I bought this book for a 6 year olds birthday gift, he loved it! Most of the reading he is able to do his self! So that's a plus, and LOVE the ability to personalize the character to look like the person

    Super Hero Title

    I bought this book for one of my granddaughters. Very cute. She loves it and says it's her favorite book. ( I do think that at this price, it needs to have a little more personalization), It's good to have books that depict girls as actions figures and we need to encourage this.. I get sick and tired of always seeing girls at princess parties and in dress up clothes while the boys are playing with all kinds of toys and activities and experiencing adventure.. It is particularly exasperating to look at Christmas toy catalogs and see the girls in passive activities while the boys are having all the fun. I agree that it was about time Hallmark stepped up and did this book for girls, too. I'm very grateful to the women who initially spoke up and complained about this. Thank you so much. In this day and age you'd think we wouldn't have to say anything. Perhaps if more of us joined in and demanded this for our girls , companies would listen. Hallmark - let's see more of this, please.

    There is nothing on the actual front cover as it is on the book slip cover

    On like most children's hardcover books, where the book cover and slip book cover both show the title and picture, in this book there's no illustration on the actual front cover as it is on the slip book cover. For the price they are asking for this custom made book, one would expect a better and more professional front hardcover. The quality does not match the price. They should made it better.

    Super Personalized Book

    While considering this book, I read the reviews. When I got to reviews written approximately one year ago, I noticed reviewers were complaining that the story line was not available for girls. Although disappointing Hallmark had to be reminded to include the girls out there, I appreciate the customers who spoke up and pointed this out to them. I agree with the customer regarding princesses and tea parties. Now, I give credit to Hallmark for responding to it's customers comments. The book has a positive story line. I particularly like the fact that you were able to select physical characteristics close to the girl you were buying for. My 3 year old granddaughter loves her book and being called a "Super" girl so much, that I had to find her a cape and mask to wear! Well done Hallmark! The service was excellent and the quality of the book did not disappoint. The customer whom commented on a more durable cover made a good point. This is a book that will be treasured and bears a message delivered in a very special way.
