Crafted using the ancient art of quilling, in which small strips of paper are hand-rolled, coiled, shaped and individually placed to create a beautiful and detailed piece of art, this Hallmark Signature card was designed in collaboration with Quilling Card LLC, a company seeking to promote the art of paper quilling.

    Perfect after the Proposal

    My girlfriend was very impressed and glad to have received this card after celebrating our engagement. The “sign and send” option was very straight forward and easy to use so I was able to send it directly. Apparently the card comes with an explanation regarding the quilled paper pieces.
