Scan and mail card

I was very excited to try out the Scan and mail card service that was offered. The process the simple and painless. The only frustration I had was in receiving it through FedEx. I ordered for 2-day expedited shipping and paid the fee online so the recipient would receive it the same week. Well, in contacting the recipient, he had not received it. After a 5 days, I just figured it was lost and gone forever. It finally arrived after 7 days of its original date. What a total waste of $11.99 for the expedited shipping fee. Should've just mailed it regular snail mail for much cheaper...in my case, it would've been free. Definitely, a FedEx issue and not a Hallmark issue.

Love it!

Since there isn't a Hallmark store near me, I love that you can send one from the website directly to whoever you like!! And have it signed, sealed & delivered!!! Lovin it!
