Disappointed
I got this for my 90 year old mother’s birthday. She loves elephants and is always cold. First time using it her face lit up and she loved it I thought best gift ever !! ( she suffers from dementia - she would hold it like it was her baby) we used it almost every day and got the same expression on her face Fast forward a month later, when you heat it ( as per the instructions) the smell is horrible we had to open every window in the house to clear the air .it no longer can be used except for her to hold Very disappointed .. (in the picture she has it in her arms under her blanket)
