- Same-day pickup now available at hundreds of stores in most major metropolitan areas. Pay online, and you can pick up your order in about 3 hours.
- Use the “shop by store” filter to shop in-stock gifts and cards at your favorite store.
- We’ll email you when your items are ready. You’ll need to bring your confirmation email and a valid ID with you. Just come to the checkout area of your store, and we’ll have your items waiting for you.
- Orders placed outside of store hours may require longer processing time or be ready the next day.
- Some items, including all personalized products, are not available for same-day pickup.
- Orders are held for 7 days after processing.
Shipping & Delivery
- Packages do not ship from our warehouse on weekends or holidays.
- Personalize a real Hallmark card, and we'll address, stamp and mail it for free with our Sign & Send®. Expected delivery times may vary; see times for each card in your cart. Expedited and Rush shipping are available for an additional fee on Sign & Send cards.
- USPS deliveries are made Monday-Saturday. Expedited and Rush deliveries are made Monday – Friday.
- Most in-stock items will arrive 3 – 8 days after your item leaves our warehouse. Personalized items have a longer processing time and must be ordered earlier. When available, you’ll receive detailed tracking information so you can see when your shipment will arrive.
- Expedited and Rush shipping methods aren’t available for PO boxes, U.S. territories or Overseas Military Mail (APO/FPO) addresses.
- Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time. U.S. billing and mailing addresses only.
- We make every effort to ensure you receive your order on time. However, Hallmark is unable to control delays by our shippers due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
