Review your favorite products on Hallmark.com to share your experiences with others.
1. Use the search box below.
- Enter the product name in the search box.
- When you find the product, click it to open the product page.
- Click the "write your review" link. (You'll be prompted to sign in if you're not already.)
2. Email
- After you order a product on Hallmark.com you will receive an email from us (approximately 14 days after your order is placed) asking you to review your item.
- Use the link in the email to write and submit your review.
Tips and suggestions
When writing your review, please keep these suggestions in mind:
- Focus on the product and your individual experience using it.
- Provide details about why you liked or disliked a product.
- Refrain from using obscenities, discriminatory language or other language unsuitable for a public forum.
- Avoid critical or spiteful comments about other reviews posted on the page or their authors.
In addition, if you wish to share feedback with us about product selection, pricing, ordering, delivery or other customer service issues, please do not submit this feedback through a product review. Instead, contact us directly.
