Always with Me

It's been a year since we lost Mom and for me, thinking of her makes it fresh, like yesterday. I go into my grief bubble and try not to stay too long, but it comforts me to allow myself to have an ugly cry - red nose, swollen eyes. I like looking at this Angel Wing in my car, bringing me solace and remembering all the times we drove to the stores, to appointments, on errands.
