Keepsake Ornament Club (KOC) Terms and Conditions

The Keepsake Dream Box is a gift from Hallmark Keepsake Ornament Club for joining the KOC or renewing your KOC Membership. This gift will be mailed directly to your home or local Gold Crown Store (your choice), once a year, starting in April after enrollment or renewing. This gift is non-returnable. If items inside the box arrive damaged, please call 1-800-Hallmark to request a replacement. 

If you designated the Ship to Store option for your Dream Box, and for any reason it is impossible or impracticable for the store to receive it or to make it available for you to pick up when Hallmark has it available for shipment, your Dream Box may instead be sent to the billing address from your KOC Membership purchase. 

Supply of the 2024 Dream Box may be exhausted prior to the end of a KOC Membership year, in which event any membership for that year which is purchased thereafter will not entitle the member to a 2024 Dream Box for that year nor will Hallmark be obligated to make a substitution for same. 

Order and shipment information: 

• The Keepsake Dream Box will ship directly to your home or Gold Crown Store starting in April of each year and within 7-10 days following enrollment processing. 

• KOC Exclusive Ornaments ordered on Hallmark.com will ship as specified at the time of purchase and arrive within 7-10 days of purchase. 

• Ornament quantities are limited and are offered while supplies last. 

• Annual membership fee is non-refundable. 

• Offer subject to change without notice. 

2024 KOC Members may purchase the KOC exclusive ornaments offered throughout the year by purchasing in Gold Crown stores, order online or by calling 1-800-Hallmark.  

KOC exclusive ornaments are limited to one unit, per ornament, per KOC membership. Any product exclusivity applies only to sales in the U.S. and it applies just for the calendar year in which the ornament is first made available for purchase by KOC members. 

Members who join the 2024 program early (in November or December 2023) will be able to buy 2023 KOC Exclusives again, limited to one of each KOC Exclusive ornament per KOC Membership; while supplies last. All 2023 KOC Exclusive product orders must be received by 12/31/2023. 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your KOC exclusive ornaments, simply return within 90 days of the original purchase date. Returns will be refunded by your original method of payment within 30-60 days of receipt. Read our return policy. 

Limit one Save $5 on your purchase of $10 or more coupon whether in store or online.  May not be combined with other coupons. Not valid on gift card purchases, postage stamps or past purchases. See store for any additional exclusions. Coupon is required to redeem offer in store and must be surrendered at time of purchase. To redeem offer on Hallmark.com, online promo code must be used. Offer valid at Hallmark Gold Crown stores in the U.S.A. or Hallmark.com. Hallmark.com orders require U.S. billing and shipping addresses. Consumer is responsible for any applicable sales tax, and shipping and handling. No cash value. Offer may be cancelled or modified at any time. This offer is exclusively for you; coupon may not be redistributed. Internet redistribution strictly prohibited. No photocopied, photographed, scanned, mechanically or digitally reproduced or altered coupon accepted. Online code may not be redistributed. Coupon fraud is punishable by law. 

Any use of, or access to, a Keepsake Community private group account that is controlled by Hallmark, on Facebook or other social media platform, shall be subject to the same terms of use as are stated at Hallmark.com as applying to access to that site. As stated therein, Hallmark shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse, move or remove any content that is posted to such a social media account that is controlled by Hallmark if that content that violates these terms of service or is otherwise objectionable in Hallmark.com's sole judgment. In particular, but not by way of limitation, you agree not to post the following: 

• Obscenities, discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum. 

• Advertisements, “spam” content, or references to other offers, websites, companies, or the pricing of other products. 

• Email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, physical addresses or other forms of contact information. 

• Critical or spiteful comments on others' posts or comments previously posted on the website. 

You also acknowledge and agree that Hallmark may preserve content and may also disclose content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the terms of use; (c) respond to claims that any content violates laws or the rights of third parties; or (d) protect the rights, property or personal safety of Hallmark, the Keepsake Community online site/page, its users, and the public. 

New U.S. consumers will be automatically enrolled in the Crown Rewards program at the time their Keepsake Ornament Club membership is processed if a Crown Rewards number is not tied to the Hallmark.com account. Bonus Points are offered only to current U.S. members on product-only purchases. 

Crown Rewards points are awarded based on purchase price excluding shipping, handling and sales tax. The Crown Rewards program (“Crown Rewards”) is conducted by Hallmark Marketing Company, LLC (“Hallmark”). Hallmark reserves the right to alter, limit or modify program rules, regulations, rewards, reward levels and membership levels or to terminate Crown Rewards or membership at any time, at its discretion.
