    Lovely ornament, but…

    I bought this for friends who just moved into a new home. It’s made of metal and has a nice weight to it that makes it feel expensive. I’m glad I ordered it well ahead of Christmas because the personalization was out of position on the first one I received. I spoke with customer service and getting it replaced was quick and easy. The personalization on the replacement is closer to where it should be but not perfect. I’ll keep it because I don’t know if they would ever get it exact.
