    OH! Remotes

    We bought the white flocked tree at Hallmark (AMY'S Hallmark that is now The Paper Store) on Lake Grove NY. We are now on our THIRD remote and non of them work, the one that came with the tree worked for a little while and that was it, so I bought two more, no luck. I am so disappointed. I love how the tree changed colors and the music was so pretty. I am thinking that maybe after this year, I will donate this tree and all the remotes to a Veterans Organization and next year buy myself a new tree for my kitchen, where I have this one!!! Three remotes and not one good one and I ordered and got a new one this year in one of my orders! No luck!

    Replacement Remote

    Very happy that Hallmark offers the replacement for their Sound A Light Christmas tree. The tree was a gift for my Mom who loves the tree, however needed a new remote.
