Returning to the Colorado home for the first time since her aunt passed, complications arise when an entitled Hollywood star arrives at the ranch to prepare for his next film.     A Rocky Mountain Christmas

    A charming and cozy film set in the majestic Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Lindy Booth is determined, and a little embarrassed, interior designer, who is hiding out at her family ranch in Colorado after her relationship with an actor implodes in front of the public. Graham, a charming and cocky Hollywood Star , has come to her ranch on “ how to be a cowboy “ for his next movie. The two work together to save her ranch, bring back the town’s Christmas parade, and teach Graham about the cowboy life. They fall in love and end up happily ever after on the ranch.

    Rocky Mountain Christmas

    The movie itself was OK, and we enjoyed the scenery and Christmas decorations that we do in all Hallmark Christmas movies. But what made me write this review was the subtitles, of all things! They must have been done by somebody who didn't know how to use the SHIFT key! The only uppercase letters I saw were the beginnings of sentences, which were probably done automatically. I found it distracting to see peoples names, cities, etc. show up in lower case, such as beth, roy, mitch, new york city, hollywood, and l.a.! Yes, that's how they abbreviated Los Angeles. Doesn't it look strange? So this review serves mainly as a way to get Hallmark to hire better people to do their subtitles, or better proofreaders before the DVD gets out. Thank you.

    Rocky Mountain Christmas

    This is a real cute love story with great background music. It is about a retail store decorator who goes home for Christmas to get over a recent breakup. When she arrives home, she realizes that her uncle is about to sell the ranch, because he lost his beautiful wife 6 months earlier. She immediately begins plans for the traditional Christmas parade and Tree lighting at the farm afterwards. She soon meets a big star, who is learning to be a ranch hand for a movie, and falls in love. A great ,movie!
