Cool but not functional
I would purchase this again because it is cool looking and goes great in my Harry Pottee themed bathroom. It does not do anything though, as you are unable to place anything around it for fear of obstruction. However, in going with Luna Lovegood, the charactwe quoted, it is perfect.
