30 Years of Maxine: An Anniversary Retrospective Book

Was a perfect gift for mom who has dementia and memory loss. In her day she was a big hallmark collector and dearly recollected the Maxine character. The dementia impacted her reading inability but the illustrations delighted her!

Great History Of The Cartoon Character Maxine

For those who like Hallmark's cartoon character Maxine, they'll find this book interesting, funny and informative. It tells how the character came about originally and shows how it developed. Also, it shows how it expanded from just cards to calendars and to even a stage show! Personally, I like the character and have the daily Maxine calendar as well as many of the Maxine cards Hallmark has put out. This is a must have for any Maxine fan.

    Maxine

Aging is not all it's cracked up to be sometimes. In fact somewhere along the line they forgot to tell us that it is definitely not for the weak. But with Maxine, we can find the humor and strength to face and laugh our way through these "Golden Years". As long as we adopt a little of Maxine's attitude, we can take on the world!! LOVE HER!
