Ways you can help
Be there for the person going through the divorce (and after, too) with calls, texts, cards and other pick-me-ups that say “I’m thinking of you.”
Encourage them to practice self-care: rest, exercise, doing activities they enjoy, and join them for fun or relaxation when they seem to need it most.
