    New Dog Congrats Card

    Never dreamed Hallmark would have a New Dog Congratulations Card but this was a VERY NICE surprise for my granddaughter who has her very first puppy. The whole family was impressed with the card and personalized message that Hallmark printed for me. Not only that but I added the recipient address and the return address - Hallmark printed those as well. I placed the order on the Hallmark Website and they included the postage for free! Great incentive and it certainly makes sending a special Hallmark card an even greater shopping experience.
