halloween is almost here!! we are sooooo excited. today we?re testing a whole bunch of different treat bags to see how much weight they?ll hold. it?s very scientific. we must find the bag that will hold the most amount of candy without breaking. can you imagine the disaster of a bag breaking and your candy scattering??? ooooh, WE DO NOT EVEN WANT TO THINK ABOUT IT!!!

mmmm, that?s the stuff!

a couple days ago when we were working really hard at not working, we found a party at hallmark where they were serving our kinda treats!! WOW, a corn dog bouquet??!! whoever thought of that is, like, only the most brilliant person ever!! and look at that donut cake!! it was like it had arms that reached out to us, saying, ?come and get me!!? and can you even believe there was a whole, entire plate of BACON???!!! oh, people it was the party of our dreams!

we remembered because of all the signs our boss, bill, put up that said, ?remember, thursday is boss?s day!!? and also, the e-mails and phone messages he left, saying, ?you might want to give me a card on thursday? were very, very helpful.

when we started thinking about it, we realized we sure have a lot of bosses! so here we go with some very bossy shout-outs!!

piddles? day at the spa

piddles called in ?sick? today. then she sent us this photo with a big smiley face on her e-mail. we THOUGHT something sounded suspicious about her ?sick voice.? we can?t even tell bob. ?cause she?s the only one who knows who spilled coffee on bob?s important papers for his very big presentation. have fun, piddles!!

charlie, you?re a HERO!

our friend dolores sent us a niiiiice note about her hero. it?s her brother, charlie! grab a tissue, because this is a gooood story, people! see, dolores found out in may of 2007 that she had leukemia, and she HAD to have a bone marrow transplant. guess what?? her brother, charlie, was a perfect match!! one year ago dolores got that transplant with charlie?s cells, and now she is disease free!! charlie says they are twins now, and dolores says they share a brain. we think they share a fun-o-rrific sense of humor!! you?re BOTH our heroes, charlie and dolores!

who can fix any problem in the whole wide world?

BILL CAN!! we got all shaky today when the door to our coffee supply cabinet almost dropped off its hinges! it was hard to think, and our vision got a little blurry. if the door is hanging by a thread, our coffee could walk away!!! luckily, piddles recognized our symptoms and ran as fast as her little legs could run to get bill. whew! sometimes bosses DO come in handy! bill had our door fixed in a flash. and our coffee is all safe again. THANK YOU, BILL!!
