Collect Shipment Routing Guide for Sunrise Greetings (A Subsidiary of Hallmark Cards, Inc) PARCEL SHIPMENT INFORMATION:
Prior to entering your shipment information, please determine if your shipment is applicable for parcel shipping.
Parcel shipment criteria:
1) Under 400 lbs.
2) 25 cartons or less
3) Any one carton maximum is to be less than 130 inches combined length and girth. (L+2H+2W) and not to exceed 70 lbs.
SHIP VIA FEDEX GROUND "COLLECT":
Contact FedEx Ground Customer Service directly at 1.800.231.9219 Ask to be set up as a collect shipper and for instructions in getting set up to ship collect. LTL and TL SHIPMENT INFORMATION: If your company ships primarily less than truck load or full truck load shipments to Sunrise Greetings or to third party facilities on Sunrise Greetings? behalf, please register as a Sunrise Greetings vendor on the NTE system by going to the following Web site: http://Hallmark.nte.com and then selecting ?If you are not registered, please click here and you will be taken to the vendor sign up page?. The set-up step is very user friendly and will take only a few minutes to complete. Once you have completed the sign up process, you will be given a user number, name and pin number which will allow you to access NTE website. In order to fully understand how to utilize NTE Trade, you can download a tutorial which will walk you through how to input shipments for Sunrise Greetings. You can access the on-line tutorial by selecting 'Help' on the top right hand side of the Welcome page. You may also utilize the on-line screen level help at any time during your shipment entry. The NTE system will advise you of the carrier via email once a carrier is selected. Prior to enrolling with NTE, we recommend that you contact your systems network administrator to set up a distribution email address. This address will allow the carrier notification to be sent to multiple personnel within your organization. This email address will be needed to complete step 2 (on-line enrollment).
