Hallmark Custom Marketing Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of goods and services by Hallmark and/or its subsidiaries/affiliates from suppliers. The use of Terms and Condtions in conjunction with purchase orders does not apply in cases where Hallmark and a supplier have executed a separate governing agreement that expressly voids preprinted term and conditions. If specific Terms and Conditions for a Hallmark subsidiary are not listed on this site, Hallmark's Terms and Conditions will apply in lieu of a unique subsidiary Terms and Conditions document.
