The Hallmark PLUS+ Program
Hallmark PLUS+ is an exclusive program created for Hallmark's Gold Crown retail network and other participating Hallmark retailers. The program links approved gift vendors with those retailers to help improve retail profitability while increasing the vendor's sales potential. PROGRAM BENEFITS: - Reach the Hallmark network
- Your company name, contact information, category description, terms and negotiated discounts are placed on Hallmark's recommended vendor list
- Preferred vendor list is published and distributed to retailers a minimum of twice per year
- Preferred vendor list is placed on our retailers' informational website HallmarkLINK.com year-round
- Preferred vendor list is included in Hallmark Gold Crown new store opening packets
- Generate New Business

- Less than 200 of the approximate 6,000 available vendors will be admitted to the program
- Hallmark PLUS+ team members are available for marketing consulting advice

PROGRAM CRITERIA: - Offer the Hallmark network a minimum 12% off wholesale everyday discount (15% is preferred); Net 60 days
- Offer a minimum 3% additional discount, 90 days dating or free freight at the Hallmark gift shows
- Maintain a proven product line within a proven product category
- Sales exceeding $200,000 annually within Hallmark's Retail Operating Model system
- Price points averaging $10 - $40
- Represent quality product with a high perceived value
- Represent a category needed and does not pose direct competition to Hallmark's current lines
- Variety of SKU's/product offerings
- Offer creative display solutions
- Operate with a field sales force or Rep. group
- Offer outstanding customer service

- Hallmark PLUS+ considers only products presently on the market or otherwise a matter of public knowledge
- Hallmark PLUS+ does not accept idea submissions, purchasing requests or new product development ideas
- We do not review poetry, artwork, photography or submissions relating to greeting cards or other core Hallmark products
- Due to the volume of submissions received, we do not provide information regarding the submission status.
If, despite our request that you not do so, you send us creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts or other information (collectively, the "Information"), the Information shall be deemed, and shall remain, the property of Hallmark. None of the Information shall be subject to any obligation of confidentiality on the part of Hallmark and Hallmark shall not be liable or owe any compensation for any use or disclosure of the Information, other than such liability as arises out of the copyright or patent laws of the United States.
