You can join the Hallmark Keepsake Ornament Club by phone, fax, mail or online:

Credit card orders will not be billed until ornaments ship beginning in mid May.
Orders placed on credit cards expiring prior to 05/10 will not be processed until
a new expiration date is provided to the Keepsake Ornament Club.

All credit card payments are pre-authorized when processed and again when shipped. Debit card users will see the funds reserved approximately three business days after initial processing and shipment. Any debit impact is due to the rules of your debit card issuer.

All prices quoted in U.S. Funds. If shipping to Canada, please add $5.00. Memberships must be postmarked by December 31, 2010. Questions? Please call 1-800-HALLMARK.

Delivery:
Membership ornaments ordered between 1/1/10—5/15/10 will begin shipping in mid May 2010.
Membership ornaments ordered after 5/15/10 will arrive in 4-6 weeks.

Crown Rewards points:
• Members must be enrolled in the Crown Rewards program at the time a Hallmark Keepsake Ornament Club membership is processed to earn points.

• Points are offered only to current U.S. members on product-only purchases.

• Crown Rewards points are awarded based on purchase price excluding shipping,
handling and sales tax. Hallmark reserves the right to alter, exclude, limit or modify
the Crown Rewards program rules, regulations or reward levels, or to terminate
this offer or other Crown Rewards programs at any time at its discretion.

• Points are awarded when product ships.

Order and Shipment Information:
• If ordering from outside the U.S., please pay in U.S. funds.

• All orders must have a U.S. or Canadian shipping address.

• Canadian customs requires consumers to pay customs clearance charges and applicable
taxes on each shipment.
