PROBLEM
I really like the availability of sending e-cards to people online. I did have a problem in the past days of not being able to send the e-cards. I realize that the hallmark lines were oveloaded with people using your onlline products. That is the only problem I had . When one forgets to get a card in the mail, it is wonderful to be able to get one sent quickly from your online e-cards. Thank you for making that possible.

Not so great
A little too raw for a family card--even for brothers or sisters...sentiment not quite right even for Maxine. Class it up a bit, Hallmark!
