Funny card, clunky web site
I use Hallmark.com all the time because I love the convenience and customization that it offers. The cards are very clever and the fact that they stamp and ship the cards is really a time saver. However, the web site is "clunky". When you get to the stage to buy the card, it's not intuitive how to address it or how to put the return address on the envelope. And then when you think you're done, it asks you for your password AGAIN. The web site seems to be from 2005, I'll be glad when it catches up to 2013! It needs to have less "clicks".
