Two years & going strong!

Poor picture reproduction
We were disappointed that our card photo was dark and poor quality as compared to the image we had on our monitor and prints at home. Dark image went against the bright message.

Really disappointed
Ordered this card for Xmas and had it shipped directly to our mailing list without actually seeing it in person. I was VERY disappointed in the photo quality. We used a high resolution photo from a professional photographer and the actually card came off so dark that all the shining detail was lost. Despite the convenience of the Hallmark address book and direct shipping, I won't be using Hallmark again.
