Grandson's card
I was very disappointed with the card I received. I had planned to send it with a gift to my grandson in California. However, when I opened the card to check the music, it only played two lines of the song then stopped. I tried it a few times and it did the same thing each time. I called customer service and explained to the rep the problem. She said she would credit back my credit card. She did not suggest a replacement (maybe they are all bad) which was acceptable.

Absolutely adorable!!!
Our grandson loves Toy Story, so to have a Toy Story card with his name on it is the best! The fact that it plays the theme song is an even better!
