Need more options, honestly My search takes more time than it should~~that's because it's difficult to discern what type of sentiment the card is for, even with the small blurb attached. Hallmark can do a better job with the categories on the left side. May 9, 2013

E-Card Subscription For last several years I've subscribed to your annual e-card subscription. The past two years it has been getting extremely difficult to use my subscription. I use Google Browser and when I go into your site to do an e-card, your site seems to either take for ever to open or it freezes up on me. Further there does not seem to be an easy way to sign in to take advantage of my subscription, I always seem to get caught up in a routine that tries to sell me an update to Adobe Flash which I do not need and I can't get out of it a side from closing out the page and starting over. If you do not make your site easier to access I will likely not renew my subscription next year! Could not even get into your recent Star WArs promotion. VERY FRUSTRATING May 5, 2013
