Bad Color/Print Quality
I customized a card using the correct dimensions and DPI for print, in photoshop. However, the colors were off when printed, too dark. The print and folding was off center. The colors were chipped around the edges of the card, revealing several white spots. The handling of the card was poor as well, the edges were creased. This was for a special occasion, and I spent extra for overnight shipping. I would use the service again, but not for a special occasion.

More options please
It's great! I love it! Used this twice and it has always come on time. Recommendations would be to have more options to choose from, be able to select mulitiple pictures per card and to be able to select arrival dates. Other then that.. I love it.

Nice for sending a single card
Print quality was fine. No complaints. I wish the text printed better. Getting the single piece sent to me to resend was very convenient, but did take longer than I desired.

I Can Really Personalize This Card
As a person who likes to take pictures, I can take my best pictures and create my own card to someone.
A blank card all around, these cards are very versatile and I can make this fun to create and fun to give.

2012 Holiday Card Simplified My Life!
After years of sending 40-50 annual holiday cards, inserting a separate typed letter into each card, and handling all of the addressing, postage, etc., I decided to try Hallmark's online card system. I was able to personalize by uploading my own picture and typing my annual message right into the card. Addresses were also uploaded so I did not have to mail them myself! Two major draw backs: 1) cost per card is quite expensive vs. pre-made boxes of cards and 2) uploading mailing addresses from Excel was a bit difficult with the first/last name columns when you are addressing to a family or to a family in which the spouses/kids have different last names. Fortunately, I found an online 40% coupon which made it affordable enough to go ahead with it. Such a time saver and the cards turned out great! I hope I can afford to use Hallmark again for my 2013 holiday cards.
