Quality!
I've bought almost all of the hallmark disney mugs now, this one included. I've had some of them for over a year. They are incredibly sturdy and resilient, and amazingly easy to clean! Microwave and Dishwasher safe too! I use at least one every single day (coffee fiend). Not a single one has gotten a chip, scratch, nick, or anything. They all look brand new, despite how much I use them. Fantastic investment if you like quality kitchenware!
