- If you need your order delivered quickly, Hallmark can send it via FedEx 2-Day Air or FedEx Standard Overnight for an additional charge.
- FedEx does not deliver to post office (PO) boxes, U.S. territories or Overseas Military Mail (APO/FPO) addresses.
- Saturday delivery and Priority Overnight options are not available from FedEx.

Grandpa did good

All of the Story Buddies are adorable!
We currently have Jingle and Posey and could not be more happy! My kindergartener loves story time especially with Posey's cute little comments. Works very well and easily. No complaints here! Definitely worth it.. buying Scoobyand Abigail next!

Good gift, not good service
Posey is very cute....however the service at hallmark was not the best. Posey was a present and I needed it gift wrapped ANC mailed, however gift wrapping was not available and when it shipped it included the shipping invoice and did not mention who the gift was from.....over all I was surprised that a gift store like hallmark was not more equipped to assist with mailing a gift wrapped package.

Posey doesn't respond all the time
I bought Posey for my daughters 3rd birthday and she is the cutest thing I ever saw, but I noticed she didn't respond to Oh what was a girl to do and what was a girl to do. I exchanged her for a new one and she worked for a day. I exchanged her again and it does the same thing! Three Poseys and they all have the same flaw. I don't know what to do since my daughter really likes her.
