Really cute- but poorly designed
My 4 year old LOVES Abagail and enjoys reading the stories. She received her from grandparents as a gift! We only had Abagail a few days when she no longer worked....so I called Hallmark and they kindly exchanged her. Our new Abagail worked for about 2 weeks and then she didn't work anymore either. I suspected that since the on/off button was on the ear and a 4 year old tends to carry a rabbit around by the ears that this might be the issue. I used a seam ripper to open the ear and my suspicion was confirmed. The wires connecting the on/off switch to the sound box are extremely thin and the connection is not strong. They had separated. We now have to "hot wire" Abagail when we read stories. We also have a Christopher Bear for our son and have never had an issue....we would recommend the Christopher Bear 100% but beware that Abagail's wires in her ear are very fragile and separate from the switch easily.

Amazing!
I initially bought both my daughters Jingle the Christmas pup. We were at a local store and they saw Abigail. My daughters are 9 and 8 respectively. They absolutely love her! Abigail is very soft and cuddly and my older daughter likes to read along with the books. My younger daughter loves to cuddle Abigail. I am looking forward to buying more from this collection. Great job Hallmark!

More Loved than even I thought :)
Before Christmas this year, my grand daughter saw an ad from our local Hallmark . She wanted to go on line.... she saw Abigail ! She knew of Abigail , some of her friends had her ! She asked if she might have Abigail for Christmas & promptly added it to her Christmas list.....at the top ! :)
I deliberately wrapped the items individually so she wouldn't guess before unwrapping ! She was thrilled ! After hugging Abigail , thank ing her grand father & I ....she sat down next to her Mom & told her all about Abigail ! " Isn't she wonderful, Mom " !

We love Abigail
My little two year old daughter received this book for Christmas from her Nana Jo. She's in love with her, amazed how she responds, and loving every bit of it. What an amazing idea from Hallmark and lucky to receive such an amazing gift. Thank you!
