Selections never change
Ive been a memeber for quite a while I doubt I continue to be. you only add a few new cards on rare occassions. I constantly see the same cards year after year. If I go to a regualr brick and mortar store the selections change all the time and aI can always find many new selections .

Good products but limited in quantity
I have been using Hallmark.com to send e-cards to our family and friends for a few years. I like to use e-cards that are encouraging, sometimes appropriately funny and creative. I feel as if I have run through what you have available and have come to the end of the road because I would have to use the same e-cards again. I have noticed that with a subscription there is a consistent lack of new e-cards. This will probably be my last year with a subscription.

Great Feature...Not so great a collection of eCards
The selection of ecards is poor. I have trouble finding cards I haven't sent before. Need more ecards and greater variety. If this doesn't improve, this will likely be my last year of subscribing.

Anniversary card
Your entire selection of anniversary cards was really poor. The one I finally selected was the least objectionable of the bunch. Don't know what has happened to your quality control...or perhaps your creativity?? The last several times I have needed a card I found the same situation. Very disappointing!

Free, personalized ecards - awesome
Liked that they are free after nominal annual rate. Use at work to recognize my associates birthdays and anniversaries with personal thank you note. Love it.
